Their football on a Saturday afternoon in the fall.
I love you more than my dog loves to rub her
Back on the carpet after chasing the ball down the hall.
I love you more than my friend loves red apples,
The juicy ones that she knows just how to pick.
I love you more than my cat loves the bird
As she desires to do much more then lick.
I love you more than my mom loves Law and Order
Every Sunday night while drinking tea with ice.
I love you more than you'll love this poem,
Well, maybe not, it's pretty nice.
